[ nuzzling up under his chin, stifling a little yawn as he finally starts to get the giggling back under control. it really is easier to imagine himself being able to fall asleep like this -- there's just something about being able to bundle up against miyuki that makes him feel... secure. ] A captain of one of our rival teams back home calls me "Mr. Refreshing", but that's not as intimidating.

[ well, okay. after all his failed attempts to use baseball lines on mei, suga probably doesn't have any right to laugh... but that's enough to get another little drowsy giggle out of him, anyway. maybe being this happy just makes it that much easier to laugh; the entire world has a pleasantly hazy glow, and miyuki hasn't done anything more to him than snuggle up and crack a few dorky jokes.

[ he tries to say that miyuki doesn't have to thank him -- not for this, not for anything else. they're friends, aren't they? and this is what friends do. ... but he doesn't manage to get the words out before he drops off, and all that ends up coming out is a sleepy (and pretty incoherent) mumble into miyuki's pajama shirt.
... but, well. maybe the way he nuzzles up a little closer and tangles his fingers drowsily into the fabric of miyuki's shirt says it all.
